31^st July 2017: Abstracts and proposals must be completed and submitted by this date.

1^st September 2017: Authors with accepted abstracts and proposals will be notified by this date.

31^st October 2017: Authors with accepted abstracts and proposals will have to provide and submit a more detailed paper by this date.

8^th – 9^th March 2018: Conference takes place.
